Service fees are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement. USCIS filing fees and government fees are separate from USAIS advisory fees and are the client's direct responsibility. Fees paid to USAIS are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in your engagement agreement. USAIS government filing fees (e.g., USCIS fees) paid on a client's behalf must be reimbursed regardless of case outcome.

We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except as required to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or as expressly authorised by you.
