3. Our Services

USAIS provides the following advisory and support services:

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of USAIS, you agree to:

  • Promptly provide all requested documents, records, and information
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your case
  • Comply with all applicable US immigration laws and USCIS requirements
  • Not engage in any fraudulent, misrepresented, or unlawful immigration activity
  • Pay agreed fees in accordance with the engagement terms

7. Fees & Payments

Service fees are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement. USCIS filing fees and government fees are separate from USAIS advisory fees and are the client's direct responsibility. Fees paid to USAIS are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in your engagement agreement. USAIS government filing fees (e.g., USCIS fees) paid on a client's behalf must be reimbursed regardless of case outcome.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except as required to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or as expressly authorised by you. 9. Intellectual Property
